Shipping policy

Hello, thanks for visiting Whynot Gallery online store. We work from our bricks and mortar shop in Burton Upon Trent and are open wednesday to Saturday 10am - 4pm. You can contact us there on 01283 619360 or by email whatif@whynotgallery.co.uk

We hold one inventory for our all our lovely art, gifts & cards but teeny tiny mistakes can happen sometimes our stock count can be out by 1 so please forgive us if something is out of stock. 

We ship all of our online orders using Royal Mail, UPS or DHL We try to keep the cost of postage we charge you in line with the actual cost, if you think the postage cost is out of line then drop us a line and we can amend. 

We aim to post everything ordered by 2pm same day First Class. Often meaning you will receive your order the next day.

We don't include a packing slip in the parcel as we think this is a waste of paper. If you need a further receipt please just ask.

Where possible for larger orders we recycle boxes and packaging that we have received in store.
