Thank you for so much for your support and all your fabulous orders since April. Our picture framing is now fully booked until mid to end of November.
We have taken the difficult decision to close our framing for new orders until 13th October so we can work through our backlog and open again for new orders.

We have limited appointments available on Wednesdays and Saturdays until 13th October. These can be booked online, by phone or in store. We will not be seeing walk-ins during this time and we will ask if you would like to book.
Collections are unaffected and can be made anytime during opening hours.

Why? Well we have been experiencing higher than normal demand for our custom framing which is fantastic but the downside is with all you lovely lot calling to place orders we cannot get our orders made in time. This along with supply issues (more admin!) means it is becoming rather stressful and our lead times are getting longer and longer which we don't want.
A new team member is unfortunately not a possibility at the moment and won't be until the new year at the earliest. The extensive training needed for specialist framing would be too time consuming to fit around our current workload


Use this service to book an appointment with our framer that is convenient for you. Pop along with your pieces and we'll help you with the rest.

We pride ourselves on our ability to help you design the perfect frame to showcase your artwork or memorabilia. Always working to the highest standards we can guide you on the best protection including specialist UV protection glazing options. 

By booking an appointment it will help us with our social distance measures in place at the gallery and prevent us from asking you to call back at another time if we already have a client.

To book, complete the checkout process like if you were buying something- but its free! You will get a email confirmation of your appointment. 

Typically 30 minutes is enough time for up to two pieces. 45 minutes to 1 hour slots for three pieces upwards.

Shop Safely: We have hand sanitiser for you to use on entry and at both counters. We will continue to wear masks and although not a legal requirement we would appreciate it if you could wear one too!
