Our handcrafted Wheat Packs have a cotton cover and an inner bag filled with 100% cleaned British wheat and British Lavender buds.

They can be heated in a microwave for comforting warmth and a natural way to help soothe aches and pains. They can also be popped in the freezer to provide cooling relief in hot weather. All handmade in Wiltshire, England

• Suitable for all ages over 36 months, they comply with British Safety Standards.
• Simply place in a clean microwave with a rotary table for 2 1/2-3 minutes maximum on a medium setting.
• To use as a cooling pack, place in the freezer for up to 3 hours
